Tips ‘n’ Tricks – The Circle of Power



What we do in this class:

Gareth and Ian talk through gaining the best performance through trying your best to keep the engagement in the legs all the way through the revolution of the pedals. Working the legs as opposites, push-pull and trying to reduce the amounts of dead spots in what we call the circle of power. An action that in essence you have to feel to truly understand it but well worth the practice as it is the single biggest factor in terms of developing to that next level as a cyclist and breaking through some plateaus.
