What we do in this class:
A gentle, lengthy 7 minutes of warm up leading into 5 sets of 7 one minute drills, increasing your heart rate slowly upwards. Starting at the end of the warm up at 75% of maximum effort, the HIIT Drills should just elevate your effort into the red zone if you're able to stick to the 'rules', just do YOUR very best
