Why SpinStream?

If you want all the benefits of a spin class, but don’t want to have to go to an expensive health club, where membership relies upon you getting tied into a long contract, paying joining fees and becoming part of the leisure industry business model where they know the majority of people do not get value from the membership fees, then Spinstream is for you.

If you cant afford the time to get ready for the gym class, drive to the venue and then wait for the class to start, here, you can press the play button whenever it suits you. You can combine together micro worksouts using trackstacks, or select a class to suit your schedule for the day.

On your smart phone, tablet, PC or internet TV, your Spinstream membership will deliver your motivation, exactly when you want it!

No matter what your skill or fitness level is,
you’ll quickly get up to speed

As we continue to grow, Spinstream will showcase the very best talent and help to nuture those that get involved. Instructors and musicians will put together unique classes that are based on sound cycling principles and techniques. Talk to any cycling experts and they will tell you that spinning can improve technique for every cyclist.

Whatever level you are at, from your first session onwards, a spin class that mirrors a road session will be the most engaging. Climbs, sprints, endurance, strengthening and conditioning, spin will improve areas of your body that might just surprise you.

Core strength will improve as your technique improves, hand in hand. Learn to maximise your session, even if you only have 10 minutes to spare, choose your favourite music and enjoy the sessions you prefer and remember, Spinstream listens, rate our sessions and we will add the stuff that you like most.
