What we do in this class:

Another session for every indoor cyclist, including the members who use a road bike on a turbo trainer, and whilst we don’t pamper to anyone at Spinstream as such, it’s nice to create a session that works for all the members and this is another one. All seated, we climb we sprint, fast and slow, using power and pace to generate that all important increase in heart rate as the music and teacher come together to motivate us all into a great work out. Work hard team, work as hard as you can and achieve that feeling of satisfaction when you’re warming down, that you did a great job! Here, we go hard with gear on the climbs and use pace alone to raise the heart rate. Subtle Cadence increase from 110 to 115 rpm in this session.
