Well, no sooner has the 10 week challenge been completed here on the site, that the next challenge begins, again, it’s all about YOUR effort levels, it’ll be 10 weeks in duration, there will be one new session every week to encourage you to work harder each week. We will be continuing the theme of Heart Rate Monitored sessions and introducing a new DRILLS concept, the 7 x 5! Ok, so what’s that you may well ask. The 10 week challenge was 5 x 5, starting at 30 seconds and finishing at 50 seconds, next we introduce a taster, 6 x 5 starting at 30 seconds HIIT blocks and finishing at 55 seconds, wow! That will happen this week, then, the 10 week SPRING CHALLENGE will begin, with an extra block of 5, the 5 x 25 second warm up, that will follow a minute or so of intro and the welcome. So, get ready for the test session this week coming, then it all kicks off Tuesday 30th March. Peace out guys
