Doesn’t matter, the sun will be back, summer is a long way from over. Schedule in the studio is back to normal this week, 45 minutes each live session aprt form the 1 hour special tomorrow night at 6pm. Live at 06:45 every morning now and until Friday, come on let’s do this stuff yeah. The Builder this morning, no grinder, that comes later in the week, a great session to get us started with G in just over an hour. Those of you seeing this online, please check out the activity lately about the Spinathon on 27th November, yeah, 100% you can take part online, an hour or more, get your mates round and do a relay but deffo let us know what your suggestion is for our National Charity to benefit from the event, we are listening, we want to hear from you.
