Hey guys, it’s the weekend, as good as. This morning, we are reminding you all out there in Spinstream world, we need more suggestions for a national charity for the fundraising Spinathon on 27th November, come on, give us your ideas. We will create a Spinathon event alongside our Bolton Hospice event, the two can work together perfectly, on the Studio JustGiving page. Today, two 45 minute sessions with G, this morning, not least, this week’s 8 x 5 drills HIIT session. We’ve just released a one hour Trance spin class called ‘Rapture & Resurrection’ and a re-release too, have a great morning!
