Hey, double bubble this morning with G, 06:25 and 07:00 and it’s just a numbers game today. A numbers game with great tunes though. Ian is working on a series called 6:7:8 right now and G kicks off today with two helpings of 7:8:9 listen, tune in and have a go. It’s the height of inclusiveness, because you decide to what level you want to go. Let’s work on technique too and keep those shoulders relexed while we do it.
