We’ve just released today’s streaming session, 30 minutes with G 123 RPM, heart rate 70, 75, 80, 85 and above. Now, the great thing about using YOUR heart rate levels is that it’s key to inclusivity here at Spinstream. No matter your fitness level, your cycling technique, your weight or your age, we can all only work up to a maximum of 100%. Well, that’s almost impossible except maybe for a few seconds, if that it, your heart rate monitor is calibrated correctly. Don’t rely on your devices settings and your date of birth to get that right ok! Simply put, if your heart rate feels like you’ve nothing left to give and you’re starting to feel unwell whilst your device says your’e working at 80% then clearly something is wrong, that works both ways though. If your device says 102% and your’e chatting to someone while exercising, then NO, that’s wrong too, ask us for help if you suspect yours is wrong.
