Hey, Sorry there was no live newscast from the Velodrome yesterday, there have been many changes there, but the good news is, it’s getting back on it’s feet and I imagine, things will be back to normal soon enough. The viewing galleries were closed, hence no chance to talk to you and show you the insanely steep turns that look so innoccuos on the TV at the Olympics say, to explain how easy it is to get involved in that experience and the point was to be, find out, be adventurous and have a go! The guys had a great time and crammed in 59 minutes and 59 seconds of exercise, something very different to spin or road cycling be assured, no gears, no brakes!
