So, today, we’ve released a very Deadmua5 heavy freetyle spin session that’s 40 minutes long and at lunch-time, we are releasing our first, FREE for anyone to use Power Walking session. It’s 60 minutes long meaning you can use some or all of this on your first Spring Power Walk and we’ve plumped for a 128/130 Steps per Minute tempo. This can go three ways, be just right, be too slow or maybe too fast, but the beauty is, we will be releasing variations of tempo until you find the right one for you. Hopefully, what’s a strecth now, will become easier and you’ll crave harder sessions as you get into it. Don’t underestimate the plentiful benefits of walking, even if you’re not spinning right now, this could be for you.
