Wednesday 19th, in some ways it seems like an eternity since we had to close for Lockdown 2 back in November and in some ways with all that’s been happening at Spinstream, it seems like no time at all. G is live this morning at 06:45 then Ian & G deliver the Live & Loud this evening at 18:00 uk time, 45 minutes of spontaneous and amazing stuff. We’ve just released Nicky’s session called ‘Own It’, a full on, 50 minutes, including 30 minutes of Tone & Core work out, c’mon, you know you want to. Have a great 19th guys, see ya!
