Today, a live, brutal (well, as brutal as you want to make it) climbing session this morning so it’ll be slowed right downa and the gear right UP! Today too, we are super pleased to launch the new class selection filter tool, from the get go, we were asked for LIVE classes we delivered, then the facebook live platform was called into question, we fixed that, we now offer live classes 6 times a week, inclusive in all memberships, now, the second big ‘ask’ has been answered, you want a 36 minute class by G, then that’s what you can choose in seconds! Have a look, it’s ace. Last but not least today, we’ve announced a 2hr 10minutes heart rate controlled session next Wednesday.
