A raft of sessions being released and re-released today and this weekend, it’s G’s birthday today and we’ve dropped in a couple of birthday classes from last year too, PLUS a brand new version of the 8 x 5 Drills session from a live session a few weeks ago. Ian’s CLIMB series concludes today, No4 and those, along with Nicky’s latest sessions will be being BLOCK released very soon, exciting and anyway, its the WEEKEND!
