Good morning Spinners, with all this lockdown stuff going on, I wanted to let you know, business as usual here at Spinstream Studio. Our actual studio will be closed tomorrow evening until further notice subject to guidelines but, as I say all is going on as usual here. So, live Facebook classes this week are:
Today at 6pm for 45 minutes
Tomorrow morning at 06:45am again, 45 minutes
Tomorrow evening at 6pm, it’s the one hour 40 kilometre challenge, really, you’ll need a bike with a meter of some sort to tell you how far you’ve gone. The good news is, IF, you stick to the cadence and the heart rate levels I suggest throughout the class, even if you haven’t got a meter you should achieve a very similar distance to us guys in the studio. And for those of you still working in mph, that’s a one hour ride averaging nearly 27 mph!
I’ll announce the Facebook live schedule from Thursday onwards soon bit it’ll change for the better in terms of how many classes.
