To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the studio’s opening back in 2011, it’s a 10 week programme where, we will keep a close eye on 3 KPI’s, we will suggest, some, you can pick yourself, you can have more than three, you can have as many as you want. So long as you choose our main Key Performance Indicator, so’s we are all focusing on effort and improving our work in each spin class. You can include a jog into the equation if you like, but please compare spin/cycling with same, and jogging/running with same. It’s very flexible, but you’ll two things, a heart rate monitor and be a member of Strava (it’s free to use). More news on this tomorrow
